- How much does the book cost?
The books cost 26.95€. If you buy more than one, you’ll immediately be offered a discount. Try it for yourself!
- How much does delivery cost?
If you live in Spain or the Balearic islands, we’ll send it for free. If you need it to be sent somewhere else, make sure you indicate this while shopping and we’ll tell you how much it will cost.
- How long does it take to print and send?
Each book is created and printed especially for you. For deliveries to Spain and the Balearic islands, the whole process can take between 5-10 working days, depending on the type of delivery selected.
- How can I redeem my voucher?
Via the cart icon, just before confirming payment you can validate your voucher and we’ll apply the relevant discount.
- Do I need to upload a photo? If so, what type?
Uploading a photo is optional. Our stories are written without photos in mind and they’re great without them. In the cases of ‘The Farm’ and ‘Super Prota,’ there’s the option to upload a photo of the child but it’s completely up to you. If you do choose this option, make sure that the photo is of sufficient resolution and that the boy or girl is smiling and facing the camera.
- When will my order arrive?
Once you have confirmed the order, depending on the the type of delivery you have selected, it should take between 5 to 10 days if you live in Spain. If it is being delivered to an address outside of Spain, costs vary. However, you’ll be able to check this on the confirmation email that we send to you when you have placed your order.
- My book has arrived but there’s a problem with it, what should I do?
Don’t worry! Our books come with a full guarantee. Tell us what the problem is and we’ll contact you as soon as we can to find the best solution.
- Can I cancel my order or return the product?
You may only cancel an order in the following circumstances:
a) If we have been unable to deliver the product within a period of 40 days following the order date.
b) In the event that the product is damaged and we have been notified of such damage immediately upon customer’s receipt (inspection of product and return should be no later than 14 days after delivery).
If an order is cancelled under the specified conditions, we will be responsible for all costs (including delivery and redelivery, if applicable) of the order in question.
All cancellation requests should be sent via email to email@example.com.
With the exception of damaged goods, cancellation in other circumstances is not permitted. This is due to the bespoke nature of the products that have been especially made for the individual. Any returns should be posted in their original packaging (which should be kept safe for such instances). Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
